Key Responsibilities: Customer Leadership Establish yourself as a trusted expert on our brands and categories with each customer. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners. Develop, sell, and execute omni-channel business plans (in-store & online) that exceed targets and drive profitable growth. Deliver compelling presentations grounded in retailer data and shopper insights. Identify opportunities to improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising. Data Driven Decision Making Be the expert for each retailer portal, setting up new items, promotions, and accessing retailer data. Interpret market and POS data, using tools including A.C. Nielsen and IRI/Circana, to uncover new insights and turn complex data into actionable recommendations. Share weekly reporting, key performance drivers, and opportunities by retailer portal. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with Order Management, Demand Planning, Finance, and Marketing to develop and execute strategies. Lead forecasting, promotional planning, trade spend analysis, markdown planning, and deduction resolution. Key Requirements: Experience & Skills Bachelor's Degree required. 4 years in Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, or Category Management. Experience influencing customer decisions using insight based selling techniques. Experience driving growth with omni channel retailers (ecommerce and brick and mortar). Strategic thinker with proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Ability to work 4 Days in-office at our Vaughan, ON location (accessible via. Vaughan Metropolitan Centre TTC Station) Leadership Qualities Strong sense of ownership, with an ability to set priorities, follow through on commitments.
