We are seeking a highly skilled and Senior Financial Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting key business functions within our organization by delivering actionable insights and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and create operational leverage.
You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the Finance team. You will be a seeker of best practices and technology, and an advocate for individualized approaches to building solid relationships for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Data Analysis and Insights : Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from data. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using SQL and MS Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, strategic (M&A) and capacity planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with department leaders to understand their specific data requirements and provide customized solutions where needed to realize opportunities for process improvement. Function as a trusted business partner to these leaders.
Data visualization & Reporting : Gather stakeholder requirements effectively to create interactive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance, trends, future projections, risks, and opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis and quality assurance of reports prior to distribution.
Conduct in-depth profitability analysis by evaluating the financial performance of products, sales channels, customer, etc. Support the business with analytics on pricing, compensation plans and other projects.
Continuously evaluate emerging BI, AI and analytics technologies, tools, and platforms against the challenges and opportunities within the Finance team to elevate overall efficiency and sophistication of team's processes and procedures.
Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor the financial performance of management and financial reporting and make necessary optimizations to ensure effective data processing and reporting. Identify trends/variances, justify exceptions, and report potential data quality issues.
Documentation and Training : Develop documentation and provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize new tools and reporting prior to implementation.

An initiative-taker and collaborator who understands the importance of building solid relationships.
Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance or a related field.
