What We Are Looking For We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship and task focused Account Manager who can help support our vast array of clients with drive, humour, responsibility, accountability and enthusiasm The role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects within Kulin according to clients needs and objectives. This role partners project & account management skills to ensure that the necessary information of a project is delivered to the key stakeholders while keeping projects moving and within scope. The individual works with an internal team of growth managers, creatives and email specialists to manage deliverables, but also owns client relationships throughout every stage of work, especially onboarding. This position would report directly to our Head of Operations, Chloe Balmer. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, organized, creative, and has the ability to work autonomously and within a team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with all Kulin Internal departments on key projects and process efficiency including our growth, Email/SMS, and creative departments. Act as a client advocate and manage internal communications throughout an accounts lifespan. Guide the onboarding process for new clients & ensure all departments are briefed. Create and maintain project schedules with specific focus on creative & email resources. Working closely with the various departments, there will be the opportunity to help shape processes used throughout the organisation. Continuously have a pulse on all assigned clients while helping drive project growth, knowledge sharing, and point out escalation, resourcing/budget concerns, etc. Keeping up to date with current marketing and social media trends, technologies, and applications (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to inform new and creative content ideas. Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to external and internal stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and effectively manage shifting priorities. Ability to have a positive impact on your peers, manage difficult situations, and build strong relationships both internally and with clients. Ability to provide creative and novel solutions to challenging project and people issues. Proven track record as a self-starter capable of working through ambiguity, roadblocks and high-pressure scenarios. First-class written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience developing requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. Excellent organisation and prioritisation. Team player Bonus - Experience with ClickUp project management and/or Notion.
