Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will design, facilitate, and evaluate tailored learning solutions. Collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts, you will enhance team member abilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your innovative mindset will help drive measurable business outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain learning programs and curricula
- Partner with leaders to identify and address learning needs
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences
- Develop tools to evaluate learning effectiveness
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System
- 3+ years in Learning and Development roles
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
