GENERAL FUNCTION This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the OneSight Essilor Luxottica Foundation North America in Canada, focusing on fiscal, fundraising, marketing and programmatic initiatives to eliminate poor vision in a generation. Major Duties And Responsibilities Oversee the Foundation’s operations and serve as the primary point of contact within Canada. Coordinate and execute high‑quality, cost‑efficient programs and events aligned with Foundation objectives. Recruit and manage a volunteer team, providing leadership and fostering a mission‑driven culture. Build credibility and collaborate with Foundation team, EssilorLuxottica divisions, Board, and external partners. Assist with Foundation financials, including budget monitoring and reporting. Oversee governance, ensuring compliance with Canadian non‑profit legal, financial and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in a non‑profit or optical sector. Proven ability to forge alliances and maintain successful relationships with sponsors. Effective spokesperson who can inspire stakeholders and convey the mission compellingly. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate Foundation mission and message. Autonomous execution across multiple projects. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Word and Excel. Deep commitment to improving lives of underserved and belief that good vision is a basic human right. Travel up to 20% of the time.
