What will your days look like at LGI Solutions Santé? The Senior Program Manager is part of the Project Office within the Professional Services Division. The team is responsible for delivering IT and technology programs and projects to our clients in the healthcare and education sectors across Quebec, Canada, and internationally. As a Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Programs and Project Office and work closely with teams involved in our large‑scale technology enhancement programs. You will join a team recognized for its collaborative and dynamic approach and manage the technical programs assigned to you. You will represent LGI Solutions Santé with clients as a Program Manager, manage stakeholders, project plans, contractual and financial aspects, risks/issues and action plans, as well as reporting, all in close collaboration with assigned Project Managers and Directors of the involved Centers of Expertise. The programs assigned to you will be large‑scale and complex in nature. How will your contributions be valued? Act as an expert for resources involved in the projects within your program. Be a change agent to improve technical deployment processes for your program’s projects. Implement standards for program and project management within your assigned portfolio. Take charge of planning and executing technical programs under your responsibility: Participate in LGI’s internal program governance and action plan follow‑up. Perform overall planning of schedules, revenues, and resources based on established priorities. Conduct detailed planning during the initial phase of each project to properly define upstream work. Monitor performance of projects within your assigned program. Ensure client satisfaction for those impacted by the programs. Develop resource plans to effectively manage capacity. Closely manage the program’s schedule, budget, scope, risks, and changes. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Mobilize and influence decisions related to the program. Track and resolve program issues and risks promptly. Ensure program governance and reporting. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in managing technology or IT programs and projects. Over 5 years specifically in a similar role within the healthcare sector (familiarity with healthcare network technology solutions). Proven experience managing complex technical programs. Proven experience in software deployment and/or similar technical domains. Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field). PMP certification or equivalent project management training (certificate, master’s degree). Ability to manage ambiguity and change by creating conditions for measurable success in technical projects. Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, complex global implementations from launch to go‑live, in collaboration with a large project team of business analysts, solution architects, developers, and multiple business stakeholders. Knowledge of healthcare, government, or institutional sectors. Organized, professional demeanor, and political acumen. Familiarity with technical aspects related to ERP systems, clinical systems, and BI. Understanding of IT environments (applications and infrastructure). Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Project, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence. This position requires bilingualism with an excellent level of French, as you will work with documentation primarily in French and communicate orally and in writing with partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues who are mainly French‑speaking.
