Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Barrie, ON. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, as well as managing the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving guest inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring efficient office administration. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure overall operational excellence and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Proficiency in Office Administration to ensure accurate and efficient operational processes Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver outstanding experiences Experience in managing Front Office operations with attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders Ability to lead and manage a team in a hospitality or similar environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges promptly Proficiency in hotel management software is an asset Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Industries Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
