About The Role The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations on the construction site. They should be capable of identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure worker safety. The role requires experience in communicating project milestones to clients and other stakeholders, as well as developing and managing a timeline for project completion. Responsibilities Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and materials for timely progress. Prepare and update schedules, track site progress, and generate reports. Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies, including minor handyman tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Ensure all permits, safety protocols, and legal regulations are followed. Lead and mentor site teams to promote collaboration and excellence. Oversee site close-out, including cleanup, final inspections, and documentation.
