The post holder will work in full collaboration with the Team Lead, Operational Leads and the wider Respiratory Multi-Disciplinary Team to drive and shape the delivery of the highest standard and quality of respiratory clinical care. The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00. Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours. We are looking for a highly dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist to complement and support our existing multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities Deliver clinical care at an advanced level and be in possession of, or working towards, Advanced Practice qualifications at Masters Level, inclusive of Independent Prescribing and advanced Clinical Assessment. Lead, support and develop specific priority areas of clinical quality improvement work. Act as a specialist resource to support the development of junior staff. Demonstrate success with Clinical Quality Improvement projects. Qualifications Significant post-registration experience, preferably within a Respiratory Band 6 CNS role. Advanced practice qualifications at Masters Level, including Independent Prescribing and advanced Clinical Assessment. Ability to demonstrate success with Clinical Quality Improvement projects.
