Summary The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to manage Trade Notifications, POS, POP, manage product presentations and assist with food show management. Duties and Responsibilities Create and Prepare e-campaigns and communications POS and POP Management Creating Product Presentations Assist with Food show Management Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction Maintaining product specifications sheets for client portfolios Assisting in developing marketing and sales presentations for internal and external audiences Prepare and Manage all Trade notifications Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools. Special projects as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions. Ability to prioritize and work independently Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Advanced skills in Adobe / Illustrator / Canva Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff, and external partners. Critical thinker and ability to elevate when support is needed in a timely manner. Punctual and reliable Pleasant telephone manner Professional image at all times Outgoing and mature A team player Must be passionate about food Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, or restaurant environment. Stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust and may require the ability to lift and / or push up to 50 pounds. Flexible work hours to accommodate demands of position (some weekends included) May require travel and some overnights may be required We offer a competitive wage, and group benefit package.
