They will have a proven track record in designing and implementing process analytical sample systems and inside sales in this domain. The role requires a client-focused approach, maintaining high contact with customers throughout the design and order cycle.The RoleServe as a technical sample system design authority and process analytical applications professional.Provide custom design solutions tailored to customer needs, maximizing each customer interaction.Build knowledge proactively and communicate technical solutions clearly to customers.Maintain an outgoing personality, initiating conversations with clients easily.Communicate politely and clearly over the phone.Coordinate with manufacturing to meet customer requirements.Adapt quickly, overcoming objections and sourcing the best technical solutions.Appropriately receive and communicate client orders to relevant departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.The Candidate3 to 5 years’ experience in Process Analytical Sample System Design, focusing on Gas and Liquids Process Analytical Products.Ability to design, size, select, and supply equipment supporting all Sample Systems and Handling, including drawings and electrical considerations.Experience with Design and Drafting Software such as CAD.Capability to support Gas Analytical Products like Continuous Gas Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, Moisture, CEMS, and Combustion systems.Ability to support Liquid Analytical Products such as pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen, Chlorine, BOD, COD, and others.Technical Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution required.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Legally eligible to work in Canada.The CompanyOur goal is to be the most trusted supplier of industrial process equipment in Western Canada.
