They supply cutting-edge technology and management services to thousands of organizations in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.Job Summary:The team lead reports to the parking supervisor and is responsible for specific parking locations to ensure company operations, policies, and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client and customer satisfaction and lead on-site staff.Employment: Full-timeCompensation: $19.50 per hourJob Responsibilities / Duties:Lead a team of 6 – 15 customer service associatesSupport the Supervisor & THP parking coordinatorEnforce all company policiesResolve customer complaintsTroubleshoot parking equipment issues on a site levelManage and resolve payroll / non-payroll IPASS queriesRun transaction reports for HRMonitor and maintain inventoryProcess one-out tickets/value tickets and place orders as neededI-PASS enrollment/cancellation for payroll staff and send the list to payrollMIFARE emails – remove IPASS payroll staff that are no longer with THPPerform regular inspections for entry/exit pay machines and parking officeComplete vehicle incident reportsConduct HPASS/end shift investigations if a shift is not balancingMonitor the appearance and cleanliness of the parking areasMonitor parking capacity using P2 digital signPerform other parking-related duties as assigned, including Keyscan / Varioflex reportsHiring Contact:Please submit your resume to tsrs@precisebi.com.
