We ensure that every project embodies our values and surpasses expectations, leaving a lasting impression on our clients and community.The Roll in a NutshellWorking in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projectsTaking a leadership role on site under the guidance of the Site SupervisorCompleting a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:DemolitionStructural FramingWindow and Door installationInsulationExterior finishingKeeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and cleanWhat We're Looking For3-5 years in residential renovations/constructionExperience leading junior-level labourers/carpenters an assetAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsCollege carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not requiredFirst aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not requiredDriver's License and own transportationYou aspire for a long-term career in construction.
