**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to specifications.
- Construct and install structures and fixtures such as framing, doors, trim work and custom built-ins
- Complete other renovation tasks to a high degree of quality including drywall boarding, painting, and flooring
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
- Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Continuously seek to improve skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality standards.
