About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offering support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. Additionally, you will handle garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct service. Engage and converse with customers to provide a great experience. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell our products. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers. Use your product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give & receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other. Participate in onboarding, training and courses relevant to your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete full garment cycle from unpacking & refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house (including stockrooms). Support garment presentation and maintain attractive displays, clear trends & stories per visual & commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Maintain best practice for any in-store OMNI Services & tech services/tools. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and creating a great in‑store experience. Motivated by giving customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment you can apply to this role. Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
