Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, establish and enhance operational strategies, and ensure the efficient performance of multiple brands within the company’s portfolio. The role demands close collaboration with teams to meet organizational goals, optimize budgets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include analyzing key performance data and managing teams to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.
