Responsibilities Define and continuously refine UnlockLand’s brand narrative and communication strategy Own content strategy and execution across all digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, WeChat / Facebook groups, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and video scripts Build and scale growth operations: inbound funnel optimization, landing page performance, email automation, and lead acquisition Develop thought leadership for founders and the company in AI, planning, and housing innovation Lead PR and communications activities: press releases, award applications, conferences, webinars Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Design to accelerate traction and conversion Translate complex technical insights into clear, compelling marketing narratives Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, AI technology, or startup marketing Demonstrated success in brand and content leadership with measurable growth outcomes Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft high-impact storytelling Solid understanding of growth funnels, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA, etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute quickly and independently Experience creating thought-leadership content and managing multi-channel publishing Mandatory Requirement Applicants must be highly proficient with AI-powered productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) for content creation, research, automation, and marketing execution. We are looking for someone who already uses AI daily to significantly improve speed, quality, and scale of output.
