This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).Salary: $120,000 p.a. + bonus  About the role:Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be part of the Marketing Senior Leadership Team and responsible for delivering the marketing strategy for brand and content across the globe. In association with the Marketing Director, you’ll set the strategy for the brand and how it’s communicated across all sales territories, implement strategic goals, take calculated risks, and support potentially tough decisions. You’ll ensure the global teams are supported in rolling out creative that lives and breathes our ethos and personality, whilst meeting the needs and opportunities in each market (and potentially looking at new markets in the future).You will work with internal colleagues, and also with external agencies and freelancers to drive always-on branding excellence, build attention grabbing campaigns, and analyse the results. You will have particular responsibility for ATL comms and messaging. Under your guidance the team will produce email content, web content, promo campaigns, video, photography and all forms of advertising. You’ll work closely with all members of the Marketing team (based in the UK, Toronto and Brisbane) and with the wider business, external agencies and suppliers.Am I the right person?  We are looking for your application to demonstrate:An ambitious business leader with excellent branding expertise, and experience crafting brand and narrative for different/emerging markets.Customer-focussed and understands the importance of service delivery excellence.Is able to challenge processes (and be challenged), keep to schedule and deliver quality campaigns on time.Friendly, approachable and flexible with a strong ability to build a good report with the wider Explore team and effectively communicate at all levels.A passion for the planet, and contributing to a more sustainable future.Results-driven, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise.Able to empower and coach a team to deliver results.Understanding of marketing as a discipline.Proven experience setting and driving brand strategy.A record of building brand narratives across different markets globally.Experience of running brand campaigns, leading on production (with internal or agency resource) and managing ATL budgets.An ability to think strategically & plan activity based on insight.Excellent people management skills, with proven experience to empower, challenge, inspire and develop direct reports.Proactive about implementing new processes to improve performance.Commercially focused, with the ability to analyse results from activities and draw key conclusions.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Good creative eye and a passion for producing beautiful, inspiring and commercially effective on-brand work.Experience of creating and driving a content plan with cross-functional collaboration.Experience of planning and controlling an annual budget.We aim to be better than yesterday and our values will be close to your heart.Diversity is to be celebrated.
