Responsibilities Coordinate all development stages in a proactive and tenacious manner and represent the company with the city, lawyers, planning consultants and surveyors. Coordinate construction plans and final plan approvals with governing municipalities and contractors to meet schedules on time and successfully. Support executives on all aspects of project development, plan and implement projects, and attend preconstruction conferences with contractors and civil engineers to review plans, specifications and drawings. You will be leading in a design-driven and community-focused company.
