Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships through proactive communication. Maintain and process policy renewals according to Westland’s standards. Assist broader team of advisors and management in providing feedback on procedures, market trends, changes in underwriting guidelines and other industry updates in the spirit of continuous improvement. Support with reporting, additional projects and/or administrative work as needed. Train new employees across the organization on retention standards and renewal workflows.
