Skills and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Program Planning Governance – Define program goals, timelines, and compliance milestones for HR 3P services. Develop and maintain roadmaps for accessibility and regulatory compliance. Establish governance frameworks for onboarding new services and tracking compliance status. Technical Execution: Partner with engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements into workflows. Manage Service Tree metadata updates, Gov ID renewals, and accessibility testing. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies leveraging automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate). Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR leadership, compliance officers, and vendor teams. Communicate program status, risks, and deliverables to senior stakeholders. Act as liaison between technical teams and business owners to align priorities. Compliance Accessibility – Drive end‑to‑end compliance for HR 3P services (security, privacy, accessibility). Oversee onboarding processes, including BGC HireRight checks and V‑boarding. Validate accessibility conformance reports (VPAT) and coordinate Trusted Tester evaluations. Continuous Improvement: Monitor compliance metrics using Power BI dashboards. Implement automation for compliance workflows and reporting. Promote best practices and process optimization across HR compliance programs. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, privacy, and accessibility standards. Proficiency in Service Tree, EGRC, Power BI, and scripting (PowerShell). Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management skills. Generative AI concepts – Secure Development Life Cycle engineering and security compliances. Thank you for your interest in TCS.
