This role is eligible for discretionary variable compensation based on business and individual performance. Job Description About the Program: The Enterprise Finance Early Talent Programs team supports various Early Talent programs in Finance, including Internship/co‑op, Finance and Accounting (CPA), and Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (Graduate) programs. The team collaborates with leaders across Finance, Treasury, and HR to recruit, develop, train, and retain strong Finance professionals. It also supports the Learning & Development portfolio for Finance colleagues. About The Role: The Senior Manager oversees designing and delivering Early Talent programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, focusing on the Finance Associate Program (CPA Pre‑approved), TBSM Associate Program, and Internship/Co‑op Programs. You will also oversee the implementation of the colleague Learning & Development strategy, including onboarding, ensuring new hires and existing colleagues have the skills needed to succeed. Reporting to the AVP, Finance Business Management & Early Talent, the Senior Manager ensures program success. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic plans for Early Talent Programs. Partner with external stakeholders, including CPAO and universities to attract top talent. Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted programs. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful program delivery. Analyze program metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Design and deliver learning and development initiatives for early talent. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high‑quality learning experiences. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or familiarity with CPA preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, development, and program management. Strong organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of leading high performing teams and driving results. Strong analytical skills in interpreting data to inform program decisions. Willingness and ability to travel to campus events as required.
