Senior People & Culture Business Partner Mississauga, Ontario, Canada | $90,000.00-$110,000.00 As Senior HR BP, you serve as a critical bridge between your stakeholders (leaders, people managers and employees), the rest of the People Team, and other functions. This role will be responsible for driving People functional excellence, executing on people initiatives and ultimately delivering a stellar employee experience. Your operational goal is to drive effective alignment, design, and implementation of people-related initiatives. Your strategic goal is to drive talent management outcomes which will help HelloFresh achieve its goals as a high‑performing business and a progressive employer globally. This role is required to have on‑site presence a minimum of 3 days a week. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle HR programs (including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, organizational design, benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and offboarding) to support operational and strategic business needs Develop strategic relationships with business partners by building trust and influencing business decisions Root‑cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data; consult with and teach the business how decisions affect the site and/or the broader network Understand business goals and recommend thoughtful new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of the People team within the company Accountable for key People metrics including employee engagement, regrettable turnover, absenteeism, etc. Coach stakeholders and collaborate with HR colleagues located across Canada to ensure consistency and alignment in HR programming Lead projects at both a department and national level, influence and build buy‑in from stakeholders, and drive execution and achievement of key results using effective change‑management and project‑management skills Take a true hands‑on approach and successfully monitor the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Create and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs Focus on solutions and be comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables while identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions Provide strong internal and external customer service focus All other duties, as assigned Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager Demonstrated experience leading change‑management initiatives, especially in organizational design/structure, HR program development and implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes Strong understanding of provincial health and safety, employment, and human rights legislation Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Excellent coaching and conflict‑resolution skills, with demonstrated experience in leading complex workplace investigations Sound judgement and consistently adhere to fair, ethical conduct with respect to employee relations and the highly diverse employee population Team player with strong prioritization, time‑management, and organization skills Ability to work within a quickly changing, high‑pressure environment and with a great deal of ambiguity Experience in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and HR tools (HRIS, ATS, scheduling/time‑tracking) Benefits & Perks Box Discount – Amazing discounts on 1 box per week 75% discount on weekly HelloFresh and Chefs Plate meal kits and 50% off weekly Factor meal box Health & Wellness – Health & dental benefits from day 1, a Health Spending Account, unlimited access to the Headspace app, and 25% discount on GoodLife fitness memberships Vacation & PTO – Generous vacation and PTO to help you create a good work‑life balance Family Benefits – A parental leave top‑up program for expectant parents Growth & Development – Career progression support, development opportunities, and an organization‑wide L&D fund Work Hard & Have Fun – From team socials to engaging company days, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to experience the fun Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives – Impactful ERGs like FreshPride, Women Empowered and LIMES underscore our commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion Food Puns – We even have punny meeting room names Flexible Hybrid Approach At HelloFresh, flexible work arrangements enable you to do your best work while balancing personal and life needs.
