You have a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and can build "they-can't-live-without-us" trust with stakeholders.What's the Opportunity?Dispatch is looking for a Senior Integration Consultant who has experience designing and implementing integration solutions using modern iPaaS solutions. You will be working directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement integration and workflow automation solutions across their app ecosystems. You will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders across functions such as Finance, HR, and IT, where you will lead teams through the design and development of creative automation solutions that solve their specific business problems. Your work will be on a wide variety of client-specific integration projects where you will need to apply best practices of enterprise data integrations using leading integration tools such as Workato.In this role, you can expect to:Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business requirements and translate these into technical designs for an integration solutionBuild architectural documentation to guide developers’ integration designsCreate work-breakdown structures to provide developers with clear requirements on how to deliver on business requirementsComplete architectural code reviews with developers to ensure the solutions are robust, efficient, and resilientRapidly learn new applications and business use cases to design creative data integration and workflow automation solutions that delight our clientsQualificationsPost-secondary program or degree (such as computer science or engineering) or equivalent experienceExperience working in a professional services context - interacting directly with clients in both technical and non-technical rolesProven success working on challenging enterprise software projectsDemonstrable technical competencies balanced with a clear understanding of business processesExcellent written and oral communication skillsSuccessful track record implementing enterprise SaaS solutionsDeep knowledge of database structures, APIs and common enterprise integration patterns and practicesExpertise in modern iPaaS solutionsExperience working with stakeholders in defining, documenting and translating business requirements into technical specificationsWorking at DispatchWe’re on a mission to help companies unlock the value of their modern IT ecosystems by building advanced data integration and workflow automation solutions.
