What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and insights that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support high performance. People Strategy Development: Build and execute people strategies that enhance team performance, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth. Program Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve people programs across performance, development, engagement, and career progression. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence. Change Management & Workforce Planning: Lead change initiatives and support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent movement to ensure the right people are in the right roles. Data‑Informed Decision‑Making: Use people analytics and qualitative insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of people strategies and programs. Leadership & Employee Enablement: Deliver training, coaching, and tools that build capability, develop leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. About You Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with a proven ability to collaborate with leadership across various functions. Expertise: Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards, with advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
