About the job Office Admin - Shipping DepartmentMain Job Responsibilities:Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices.Coordination: Coordinate daily product movements with sales teams and customers.System Management: Confirm product availability and create orders in the JDE system.Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team for orders requiring fittings.Customer Interaction: Pre-call customers as needed before shipment.Data Management: Perform data entry tasks in JDE and DSI systems.Communication: Liaise with customer service via email and phone to address inquiries and concerns.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies and complete necessary corrections.Logistics Tracking: Monitor and track proof of delivery.Inventory Management: Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.Safety Compliance: Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-offs.Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisorRequired Skills & Abilities:Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French.Technical Skills: Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Mathematical Competence: Strong mathematical skills.Physical Requirements: Valid forklift license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
