We are passionate about great food, exceptional service, and strategic franchise partnerships.We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Franchise Development Manager to lead franchise recruitment and support the continued expansion of OPA of Greece across Canada, with a strong focus on Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end franchise development process from initial inquiry to franchise agreement executionSource, qualify, and recruit high-quality franchise partners aligned with OPA’s brand, culture, and financial standardsAchieve or exceed annual franchise sales and development targetsMaintain and manage a strong franchise pipeline using FranConnect CRMCollaborate with Leasing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support successful openingsSupport market planning, area development, and multi-unit growth strategiesAssist franchise candidates understanding site selection criteria, leasing expectations and timelinesEnsure compliance with franchise disclosure legislation and internal policiesRepresent OPA of Greece at franchise shows, discovery days, and industry eventsTravel within Canada as neededWhat You Bring5–7+ years of franchise development or franchise sales experience (QSR or restaurant preferred)Proven success awarding franchises and meeting growth targetsStrong understanding of franchise disclosure regulations and best practicesExperience working with leasing teams and retail real estate fundamentalsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, CRM-driven, and results focusedAbility to travel as requiredWhy Join OPAAt OPA, you’ll play a key role in shaping the growth of one of Canada’s most established and recognized restaurant brands.
