OPA is a Quick Service Restaurant Brand that prides itself on the quality of the food we serve to our customers and the experience we deliver to every guest. We do this across more than 115 franchised locations across Canada.

We’re looking for a Program Manager to oversee the online experience across our franchise network as we aggressively build out our service experience online. This is a role which grows in importance for our company and Franchisees as our online business grows. It is the opportunity to combine your interdisciplinary skills with strong support from team members in multiple areas of expertise.

**Objectives**
- Coordinate and oversee our online ordering & delivery apps and web services
- Manage third-party marketplace software integrations
- Manage Point of Sale vendor relationship
- Maintain high standards of satisfaction, quality and service performance across both guests and franchisees
- Develop tools for data analysis to report on quality and growth of online business

**Daily & Monthly Responsibilities**
- Work closely with project sponsor, technical teams, partner companies and consultants to ensure operational stability
- Communicate with OPA guests to ensure high customer satisfaction and discover/diagnose service faults
- Identify key requirements to enhance guest experience and/or drive profitability across the OPA Franchisee network
- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting to management on growth and service effectiveness
- Record and publish menu changes to all platforms
- Other projects/ad hoc reporting as needed

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field; or 2 years prior business/marketing experience
- Strong time management, communication, facilitation and organizational skills
- Strong general computer/technology skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in food service/QSR
- Previous Program Administration experience
- Good working knowledge of CRM/digital marketing tools
- Excellent business writing skills
- Strong bias toward customer empathy
