About the Role As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own recruitment end to end across multiple roles and locations, running your requisitions with the same discipline and urgency you would expect in a high performing agency environment, just with the depth, stability, and long term impact of an in house role. You will act as a true talent advisor to hiring leaders, balancing speed and quality, building proactive pipelines, and continuously improving how we hire as the business grows. Every hire you make helps define the team, the standard, and the kind of company we are becoming You will thrive here if you Come from a recruitment agency, search firm, or mixed agency and in house background Take pride in outbound sourcing and pipeline ownership, not just processing applicants Are structured, organized, and comfortable running multiple requisitions at once Use market insight and data to advise leaders and drive decisions Balance speed with judgment while maintaining high hiring standards Communicate with professionalism and urgency from first touch to offer close What You Will Do Run Full Cycle Recruitment Like an Operator Own requisitions from intake through offer including job postings, outbound sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing Run multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, urgency, and professionalism Establish clear hiring cadence and expectations with stakeholders to keep processes moving Own Pipeline and Proactive Sourcing Build and maintain active pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted searches Treat pipeline health as a leading indicator rather than something to fix after roles go stale Stay ahead of hiring needs so recruitment is never purely reactive Partner With Leaders as a Talent Advisor Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by clarifying needs, challenging assumptions, and improving decision quality Use real market intelligence to guide compensation, profiles, and hiring timelines Elevate hiring standards while balancing speed, quality, and business impact Optimize Using Data, Market Insight, and Indeed Benchmarking Participate in monthly Indeed strategy calls alongside TA and hiring leaders across North America Benchmark posting performance, candidate flow, and funnel conversion against competitive markets Track and optimize key recruiting metrics including response rates, interview conversion, time to fill, and offer acceptance Continuously refine sourcing strategies and job ad performance using data rather than guesswork Deliver a Candidate Experience That Builds the Brand Create a fast, clear, and respectful candidate journey Communicate consistently and professionally throughout the process Close strong by aligning candidates and leaders early, improving offer acceptance and retention What You Bring 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience Strong preference for candidates with recruitment agency or search firm experience Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates proactively Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfort tracking funnel metrics and using data to improve outcomes Why Join Renewal by Andersen Because here, recruiting is not a support function.
