The position develops and implements integrated real estate portfolio strategy and partners with branch executives on directly managed properties owned by BC Housing and the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (PRHC). The role supports the AVP in the development and implementation of various Branch initiatives and directs the administration functions of the Real Estate and Leasing Team.QualificationsCANDIDATE PROFILEEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, Business Administration or a relevant field.Extensive experience in leading major real estate portfolios, stakeholder consultation, economic and sustainable development, heritage conservation, and First Nation agreements.Extensive project development/management experience in a public sector organization.
