Ascent Real Estate Management is growing and we're looking for career minded individuals who wish to work in a progressive minded property management office. We're searching for a team member who possesses a desire to grow with us.

A Rental property manager oversees residential or commercial buildings that are rented or leased out. They manage the care, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of these properties. The owner of a building/unit employs a property manager to take care of tenants and any issues that might arise.

Qualification ideal to us include:

- Completed Rental Manager Course and either holds a current license or is eligible.
- Processing rental or lease payments and follows company procedures with late or missing payments.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of the rent unit/ building, by organizing contractors to attend.
- Marketing properties for lease and showing them.
- adept with various apps and software operating on devices with iOS/Android/Microsoft
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and able to manage their own calendars, organize and prioritize schedules
- Work independently
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Valid Driver's license is a requirement
