IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop lead generation strategies for buying and selling properties
- Conduct market analysis and inform clients of trends and values
- Manage the sales process and ensure smooth transactions
- Utilize CRM tools for client records and progress tracking
- Stay updated on market developments and provide exceptional customer service
- Network actively to establish relationships and generate referrals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Hold a valid real estate license or have recently obtained one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, is a bonus
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and experience in fast-paced environments
- Success working independently and in teams, with a proactive approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC V5M 4A1
