**JOB POST 2025: Summer Student or Recent Graduate On-Site Sport Coordinator (Beaches/East York) with East Toronto Pickleball Association**

The East Toronto Pickleball Association (ETPA) is hiring a 2025 Summer Student to coordinate play at two outdoor locations where we have permitted pickleball play**:Kew Gardens Rink in the Beach & Dieppe Park Rink in East York.**
The Coordinator will check-in participants on the online app & assist in coordinating play. At the end of the session, the Coordinator will return all equipment to the on-site storage box and lock up. Opportunity to help organize Canada Day & National Pickleball Day events.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong independent work ethic, good time management & positive attitude
- Senior high school or college / university student, perhaps planning a career in sport (must be 18+ years of age)
- Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
- Knowledge of pickleball an asset, but not necessary (you will learn)
- Able to lift portable nets, weighing about 15 pounds
- Ability to travel to Kew Beach Park & Dieppe Park in Beaches/East York
- First aid certification an asset (or willing to obtain, provided by ETPA)
**Monday to Friday Hours**:
- Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:30PM to 9:30PM Dieppe Rink in East York
**Compensation**:Approx. 21-22 Hours a Week / $20 per Hour. Shifts to start the first week of June and finish on Friday, August 29, 2025. Retention bonus of $500 for completion of the full three months.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 13 weeks
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
