Library Facilities Assistant

**Purpose**:
The Library Facilities Assistant provides a wide range of facility services to the Keele Campus Libraries including space monitoring and special projects, under the direction of the Manager, Library Facilities.

**Education**:
High School Diploma.

**Experience**:
No experience required.

**Skills**:
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public and with difficult patrons in English. - Effective customer service skills. - Basic keyboarding skills. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to move and lift objects e.g. bending, reaching when re-shelving books, pushing and pulling loaded book truck.

**Additional Notes**:
Hours of work: Midnight (12:00 am) to 8:00 am at Scott Library.
