We are a boutique, Bay Street family law firm looking for the right full-time legal assistant or law clerk. The successful candidate will support two full-time lawyers and more as we grow.

We are a growing firm and will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience. We may consider assistance for the right candidate to pursue further certifications.

As the first point of contact with our clients, your work will range from basic administrative tasks to assisting with preparing agreements and court forms and filing legal documents.

Family Law experience is strongly preferred but we may consider candidates with experience in other areas.

Experience with MS Word, DivorceMate, Clio, and Apple Macintosh software is preferred.

You are: organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious

You have: a legal assistant or law clerk diploma

You understand (or are willing to learn): the Ontario Family Law Rules

You want: to work in a small team environment

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We will keep all applications confidential but will only contact candidates selected for an interview.
