We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers and front desk staff. Manage day‑to‑day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management. Maintain high standards of customer service and address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events to drive membership sales and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage staff, handle customer relations, and drive sales. Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations. Weekend availability as needed.
