Senior Labour Relations Manager (2025-9281) Responsibilities Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements, including researching proposals, preparing for negotiations, and acting as a lead negotiator. Manage the grievance process by investigating complaints, mediating disputes, and representing the company in arbitrations and other proceedings. Advise management and employees on the interpretation of collective agreements, human resources policies, and labor laws. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs related to human resources and labor relations to meet organization's requirements. Support management and employees by providing advice and guidance on various labor and HR-related issues. Research best practices in employee benefits, compensation, and health and safety to recommend policy change. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field 5+ years of paralegal experience either in a corporate legal department or at a law firm Must have Utility knowledge experience in power distribution or transmission Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with a business-minded focus to support operations Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels and across all functions within the company Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Utilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
