Advise management and employees on the interpretation of collective agreements, human resources policies, and labor laws. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs related to human resources and labor relations to meet organization's requirements. Support management and employees by providing advice and guidance on various labor and HR-related issues. Research best practices in employee benefits, compensation, and health and safety to recommend policy change.
