Chotto Matte brings the spirit of Tokyo and the bold flavors of Peru to downtown Toronto. Known for our stunning design, elevated dining, and unforgettable experiences, we’re looking for a Sales & Events Manager to grow our private events and group dining program and help us craft moments guests will never forget. What You’ll Do Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building. Manage the full event lifecycle—from inquiry to flawless execution. Develop and maintain strong client partnerships with corporate, social, and private event customers. Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to deliver bespoke experiences. Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and consistently exceed targets. Represent Chotto Matte at networking events and industry functions. Who You Are 3+ years of sales and event management experience in hospitality, fine dining, or luxury lifestyle. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals. Strong network in the Toronto corporate and event community. Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. A creative problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and detail. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
