Reporting to the Director of Event Sales at Eatertainment, our Event & Catering Sales Associates and Managers are responsible for the sales, co-ordination, planning, and execution of successful wedding, social and corporate events across multiple Eatertainment venues.

Work alongside industry veterans and gain insight and experience working with the Eatertainment event planning and chef teams as well as company founder and lead event planner Sebastien Centner recognized as one of North America's leading event professionals.

- Have an exceptional attention to detail
- Wedding planning and coordination experience a big plus
- CRM experiences an asset (PipeDrive, Caterease, Triple Seat, etc)
- Experience with Floorplan software an asset (Allseated, etc)
- Experience working in or at venues directly

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years (for Event Managers) and 1 year (for Event Associates) event and catering sales and coordination experience
- Proven track record of working in a team environment with both collaborative and independent work ethic.
- Knowledge of staffing ratios, event catering rentals, menu planning
- Ability to work flexible hours Monday to Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Managing sales leads, creating proposals and contracts
- Working with clients on pre-event planning (menu, bar, décor, etc)
- Planning and coordinating event services including staffing and event services vendors (rentals, etc)
- Create custom floorplans for larger events including corporate conference, reception, food station and wedding & socials events
- Developing budgets and managing event costs
- Handling execution of events with Eatertainment’s operations and onsite teams
- Managing ollow-up with clients after events

EXPECTED START DATE, SCHEDULE AND WORK LOCATION:

- Full Time Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends as required
- Head office location in downtown Toronto’s east end with some WFH flexibility depending on role

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
