CFO and Grant Writer

You are responsible for submitting the various reports of the Grants while developing business plans, smart templates, and budgets required to be submitted to the development company. You represent the brand as the internal administrative head, ensuring that the owners can trust you with the mandates necessary to communicate various public inquiries regarding the health and overall developments of the company.

Your responsibilities include working on reports to resubmit for funding, consolidating spreadsheets, and making presentations to the owner regarding expenses and projections for hiring talent into the production. As this is a development brand, the finance and investment manager needs to be someone who takes direction and has strong English-speaking skills.

The portfolio is looking for an outsourced worker who is paid monthly while handling a range of responsibilities. We seek someone capable of collaborating with the brand's accountant to build the necessary documents and figures, while also securing funds to support the label's ability to finance its own development center.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for various tasks, transforming the entire production, and supporting the owner in securing the right funding. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand for over a decade. An investment of $1/hour can provide $1 million in value. We are looking for a big thinker and hard worker. The right talent can lead to favorable opportunities.

Community development is a slow industry, but finding the right talents capable of staying responsive and solving day-to-day issues is essential for the growing economy. You will work on various documents, operation plans, and evolve many processes. From writing reports to stakeholders and invoicing, you will represent the brand to clients, including artists, businesses, organizations, and promoters.

You will act as HR and Admin, representing the owner while working with the local accountant to meet developing and financing capabilities, as well as positioning the development company to secure commercial mortgages for large projects. You will project the daily burn rate of the brand within its current assets and properties, looking for ways to generate significant capital within various departments that can be put back to work given the pandemic.

There will be a need to work with the owner in assembling the various general ledgers to stitch together the entire development budget of a healthy company capable of hosting festivals, housing artists, and much more
