As the Plumbing Division Manager, you will lead a skilled team of nearly 20 plumbers and apprentices, managing projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will oversee daily operations from scheduling and project planning to inventory management, invoicing, and client relations. Your leadership will set the tone for high performance, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The role also plays a key part in developing the next generation of talent through apprenticeship and mentorship programs. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of up to 20 plumbers and apprentices. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, project planning, inventory management, invoicing, and client relations. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards. Develop and implement apprenticeship and mentorship programs. Balance multiple projects while maintaining a customer‑centric approach. Qualifications Licensed Journeyman Plumber. At least five years of experience with a proven record in fieldwork and team leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping customers at the heart of all operations.
