We're growing and are looking for a Journeyman Plumber who leads by example, takes initiative, and holds themselves to the highest standard of work.

About the Role

As a Journeyman Plumber at CR Plumbing, you'll work across residential service, new installations, and small commercial projects. You'll be trusted to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and provide mentorship to apprentices while ensuring every job meets our safety and quality standards.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete work orders — but takes ownership of their craft and leads with pride.

What You'll Do

  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and small commercial plumbing systems.
  • Handle service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Lead small crews or apprentices on job sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and plumbing codes accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and project managers.
  • Maintain organized work areas, documentation, and time tracking.
  • Represent CR Plumbing Inc. with integrity, professionalism, and pride in workmanship.

What You Bring

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber License (Ontario or Red Seal equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential service, new builds, and/or light commercial plumbing.
  • Strong understanding of Ontario plumbing codes and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean record.
  • Gas Fitter or Backflow certification considered an asset.
