As our portfolio of projects continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to take ownership of our financial and administrative operations. This is a key leadership role within a small, high‑trust team supporting complex, purpose‑driven work across Canada. What You’ll Do Full‑cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online Project‑based accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations Contractor, consultant, and vendor payments Payroll processing, including deductions, ROEs, T4s, and remittances CRA remittances (GST/HST, payroll source deductions) Month‑end reporting including cash flow, AR aging, and project summaries Work directly with external accountants on year‑end and audits Support financial reporting for grants, contracts, and funders Office & Administration Day‑to‑day office coordination and administration Maintain organized digital and financial filing systems Support onboarding and HR‑administrative tasks Maintain contractor, consultant, and compliance files #J-18808-Ljbffr
