We assist with company formation, tax‑efficient structuring, securing residency, leasing commercial space, hiring staff, and launching marketing campaigns. We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to join our Mississauga office and take full ownership of marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns for lead generation Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns daily for performance and lead quality Create and edit video and image ads using Canva and CapCut Manage and update the company website (WordPress or similar) Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 email system (renewals, setup, admin) Manage social media accounts with consistent posting and brand engagement Generate and track marketing reports and KPI’s weekly Collaborate directly with the owner and sales team on marketing strategy Required Skills and Experience Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns Preferred: managed budgets of $100–$500/day, but not mandatory Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for ad and social media content creation Experience with website development or management (WordPress preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 email systems and basic IT administration Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills Must be able to work on‑site in Mississauga, Ontario Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B or professional services/consulting marketing Knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads Experience with SEO and CRM/lead tracking tools Experience managing Meta or TikTok Ads campaigns Experience managing paid ad budgets of $100/day or more Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for content creation and editing Experience managing or editing websites (WordPress, etc.) Ability to work full‑time, in‑office in Mississauga, Ontario Briefly describe your experience generating qualified leads via paid ads Short cover note describing your experience with digital marketing, ad campaigns, and creative editing Examples of ads, campaigns, or creatives you have managed Provide screenshots, links, or portfolio Job Type: Full‑time Pay: From CA$19.00 per hour Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industry: International Affairs Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WWICS WORLD by 2x Get notified about new Digital Marketing Specialist jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
