Junior Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for to Junior Project Coordinator to assist with administering, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining the Records Management system - One year contract (High chance of an extension), hybrid in downtown office

Must Have:
  1. 2+ years experience in records and information management principles and practices, including classification and retention scheduling.
  2. 2+ years experience with maintaining and updating data and record with SharePoint, CRM tools
  3. Experience in coordinating with others in departmental and organizational records management projects
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
Nice to Have
  1. Experience in project management would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the project file preparation process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining departmental procedural workflow, records management policies, guidelines, and communication material, and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with preparing project plans, including status reports, on the progress of departmental and organizational project initiatives.
  • Assist with departmental and organizational strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide general office clerical and customer service support as directed.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews and audits of CRM, SharePoint, and other repositories for compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for other departments for day-to-day business process needs, including coverage, as required.
  • Perform other related work as required.
