Pay Rate: $27 Location: Scarborough ON Job Type: Contract Our client is a manufacturing success story and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk for an initial term or three months. There is a strong chance that the role extends and/or converts into a full time role.
As the Accounts Payable "AP" and Receivable "AR" Clerk, your focus will be on the day to day support of both AR and AP functions. Specifically for AR you will support cash posting, customer account reconciliations, prepare bank deposits, etc. For AP you will support invoice entry & filing support, prepare weekly check runs, etc.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
- 2+ years hands on AR and AP experience
- Experience with SAGE 300 / AccPac preferred
- Ability to get into the office 3 days per week
