As the global leader in scalable liquid cooling technology for desktop computers and data centers, CoolIT expects to continue our strong growth trend in 2023. As a part of this rapidly growing organization, you will be a contributor to CoolIT’s continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company’s client relationship and growth strategy with key accounts. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting CoolIT’s program pipeline and forecast targets. Developing account management plans for new and existing accounts that result in double digit revenue growthKnow our key accounts’ product roadmap inside and outSupport commercial aspects of our relationship with key accounts, including program pipeline, product forecast, product pricing, schedules and escalationsBe the voice and a strong advocate for your customers within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionPartner with peers in the company to cross-functionally ensure execution on customer programs at the highest levelWork closely with the Marketing team to generate industry leading sales collateral and proposalsContinuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and servicesEngage regularly in the review and negotiation of various customer-related contractsDevelop go-to-market plans for OEM partner productsEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresAbility to travel up to 20% of the time (International Travel)Basic qualifications5+ years experience in account management rolesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalentKnowledge of data center and IT marketPreferred qualificationsAwareness of data center cooling strategiesExperience working with large enterprise IT companiesSkillsPassionate about new technologiesA self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fastEnjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossibleWhy CoolIT?We strive to be an employer of choice and as such we believe in rewarding our employees with career and development opportunities that will maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning to our vision and values.We are a company that is full of vibrant, innovative people who love what we do.
