Recognized as one of “The Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies 2023” by Financial Times, we are capturing global attention with our rapid growth.Role: As a Manager, Key Accounts, you will be a key contributor to CoolIT’s continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company’s client relationship and revenue growth strategy with key accounts and channel partners.Responsibilities: Your main duties will include overseeing commercial aspects of our client relationships, developing account management plans, managing a diverse team, and engaging with various departments.Oversee commercial aspects of our client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, new product development, pricing, schedules, and escalations.Develop account management plans for Cloud Service Providers to achieve double-digit YoY revenue growth.Manage a diverse team, including Key Account Managers, Technical Sales Engineers, and others.Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry-leading sales collateral and proposals.Engage regularly with the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.International travel (20% or greater).Basic Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:5+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.3+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more as well as cross-functional contributors.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.Knowledge of data center and IT markets.Preferred Qualifications: Awareness of data center cooling strategies is an asset.Skills: We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about new technologies, and believes in being an ethical and good person.Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible.A self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge that moves fast.Passionate about new technologies.Believes in being an ethical and good person, always.Why CoolIT?: We strive to be an employer of choice, offering career and development opportunities that maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning to our vision and values.Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits package includes vacation and flex days, paid company-wide shutdown during the holiday season, comprehensive benefits, dress for your day in a casual yet professional environment, retention rewards, and an employee ownership program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
