What You'll Do Learn about and contribute to the TJX Canada Finance function which includes analysis of financial data while partnering with various business areas to provide support for accounting and reporting functions including budgeting, forecasting and analyzing variances. Establish positive business relationships with various business partners and assist in supporting improvement and business analysis projects. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports. Partner with all stakeholders to assist in preparing financial analysis and presenting recommendations to management on an ad‑hoc basis to assist in decision making. Assist in performing general accounting month‑end and year‑end duties such as sub‑ledger close, posting journal entries including accruals and adjusting entries, and compiling balance sheet reconciliations and schedules in accordance with GAAP and company policies. About You Pursuing a post‑secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment / business‑partnering division.
